Altered postcards for Art-E-Zine swap

I participated in this swap; my first swap this year. I don't do much vintage stuff but seeing Glenda Bailey's cards on the yahoo group really inspired me.
check out art-e-zine.co.uk for more vintage postcards.

Thanks for all the lovely comments. Okay let me see if I can sort of go through the process.
i always associate vintage with browns(probably wrongly) so since I did not have any postcards, i cut some paper to size and colored it using many shades of brown dye ink(adirondacks) I added some gesso(dry brushed on) to take the edge off, then layered a few bits of brown toned scraps. I stamped the postcard and other words, then layered my central images; some of them are transparencies, some are just images. To blend them in, i just dry brushed on more dye ink, then added stamps(some real, some color copies) and splatters. I tried to do a transfer from a transparency which did not work so i just stuck the transparency down.
Enjoy
