This is my art for today. It is a doll that was inspired by Belinda Schneider's class on the artchix website. I tried to use materials that I had on hand. The scan is not clear since it is quite a dimensional item. This is totally out of the box for me, but I always like a good challenge. I want to try many more things that are out of my comfort zone. Thanks for your generosity in sharing your lovely doll Belinda!!!!!!

I should have taken a pic of it with my digital camera but I didn't. Sorry. I stamped the face and colored it in with chalks.
Still thinking about the tag challenge! Running out of time as usual.

Yes first time I have ever really made a doll. I am inspired to try more. It is not as difficult as you think although I had trouble machine stitching the seams so ended up hand stitching the body. I can stitch a straight line but this had some curves involved and I failed miserably!!!LOL
